Hilcorp by letter received May 21, 2013, requests the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) issue an order for an exception to the spacing requirements of 20 AAC 25. 055(a)(2) to test and produce the Paxton 5 well within 1500 feet of a property line where the owner and landowner are not the same on both sides of the line.

ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. has requested Reconsideration of Proposed Order No. 81, the decision of the Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission to impose civil penalties in the amount of $45,000 based on the circumstances surrounding a missed mechanical integrity test and the failure to report pressure communication in Kuparuk River Unit 3Q-16 by the next working day.
